These terms govern your use of Tunesign (tunesign.com), operated by Tunesign LLC ("Tunesign," "we," "us"). By using the site or purchasing an analysis or subscription, you agree to these terms.
Tunesign uses AI to analyze music industry contracts and generate a plain-English summary, risk flags, and negotiation guidance.
Tunesign's analysis is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Using Tunesign does not create an attorney-client relationship. AI-generated analysis can be incomplete or contain errors. Always consult a qualified entertainment attorney before signing any contract.
You retain all ownership of any contract or document you upload. We do not claim any rights to your content. Uploaded contract text is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) solely to generate your analysis, and is not used to train AI models or shared with any other third party.
Pay-per-use analyses: because the analysis is generated and delivered instantly, refunds are not automatic. If your analysis clearly failed to generate or you believe there was an error on our end, contact us at hello@tunesign.com (or tunesignofficial@gmail.com as a backup) and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions: you can cancel anytime from the "Manage my subscription" link on the site. When you cancel, you keep access to your plan and any remaining analyses until the end of your current billing period — we don't charge you again after that, and we don't provide prorated refunds for the current period.
You agree not to use Tunesign to upload content you don't have the right to share, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or to use the analysis output to provide legal advice to others in a professional capacity.
Tunesign is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunesign LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the analysis, including decisions made based on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of Tunesign after a change means you accept the updated terms.
